The North Bay Living Foods Community provides a community-based
structure for the education and support of a living foods vegetarian diet and lifestyle.
We advocate the use of a raw/living food vegetarian (vegan) diet
for improved health for a variety of reasons.

body to use for digestion, thus allowing for the body's self-healing capacity to be most

- While we advocate that your diet be derived from as much whole,
fresh, unprocessed raw/living plant foods, and as little cooked and processed foods as
possible; we do realize that diet is but one of many important factors of health, and each
person needs to find the dietary balance that suits their individual needs most optimally.
